August 11-12 - 8th Annual Garlic Festival
Carp Fair Grounds - This 2-day extravaganza of everything garlic is a garlic lovers fantasy come true. All the major garlic growers from Eastern Ontario will be at our festival. The regular Carp Farmers’ Market Vendors will be in attendance both days. We will have celebrity chefs and cooking demonstrations as well as lectures on growing garlic and braiding garlic. August 24 - Reel Food Film Festival - The Real Dirt on Farmer John
Dundonald Park - Friday August 24, 9pm-11pm - The Reel Food Film Festival team is back in action and has a fun and informative film to enjoy outdoors while soaking up the beautiful summer weather. In partnership with the Centretown Outdoor Film Festival they will be showing the Real Dirt on Farmer John at Dundonald Park (Somerset & Lyon) on Friday August 24th starting at 9pm. Admission to the film is pay-what-you-can.
