In Ottawa, Shawarma made a big splash throughout the 90s, and then Vietnamese Pho grew in prominence throughout the naughties. Now Korean cuisine seems to be the next up-and-comer in town. Which is good. Bulgogi is yummy, and who doesn't like fermented cabbage?
